My Story
I am a generally registered psychologist with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma (including PTSD), personality challenges, anger management, addiction, experiences of domestic and family violence, and individuals in the forensic system. I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals and take a compassionate, client-centred approach. I am particularly passionate about helping mothers and caregivers navigate the joys and complexities of parenting, child development, and family wellbeing. My practice is grounded in empathy, evidence-based strategies, and a deep understanding of family systems. I believe in nurturing a safe, supportive space where both children and adults feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside families, helping them grow stronger together.

I am passionate about understanding human behaviour and helping people grow through what they go through, using evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s needs. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop meaningful strategies for change.
