Offering 3 sessions of transformational Breathwork - A safe space to fully let go and embody you, to release old trauma and patterns. This session will go for 1.5 hours

About the event
Tranformational breathwork
These are one on one session using a combination of the breathwork, energy healing and other somatic tool.
We start with what you would like to receive in the session, we then go into the breathwork and allow whatever to happen to happen naturally as the body know what it needs.
We then allow intergration of the new found self.
The session goes for 1.5 hours and this allow intergration
If you want to heal it you must feel it
There are some people who will not be able to have these session
Those on brain altering medication - please contact me first to discuss or have a intial consult
