My love and passion for ancient Chinese wisdom comes from my own ill health. After trying numerous other therapies I decided to try acupuncture and have never looked back. It transformed my health completely. This inspired me to go on and study Five Element Acupuncture and TCM at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, UK.
I absolutely love the role I play in helping people through their own healing journey and feel blessed to witness this transformation. I enjoy treating all conditions, however I do have a particular interest in women’s health and supporting women through pregnancy and beyond.
As a Five Element Practitioner, my focus is on creating harmony between the elements; Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, which influences the flow of our vital energy and is the foundation of our health. The Five Element cycle exists within us as well as our external environment. It’s important to remain in harmony with the natural ebb and flow of the Five Elements to optimise health and live free from dis-ease.
I aim to provide a caring and supportive environment for my patients, approaching each treatment holistically and according to the individual needs of each person.
Each treatment may involve needling, cupping, gua sha or moxa.
